Scope Excludes
The following features are not included in Phase 1. They can be added later at the rates shown:

Technical Notes
- PDF Generation is the highest-risk item (6 SP). A technical spike will be done early in Phase 1 to validate the approach.
- AI Approach: Per our 01/05/2026 meeting, AI assists with cleanup only (grammar, spelling, clarity). AI does not write tributes or combine answers. The contributor's words remain their own.
- Architecture decisions are documented in ADR-0001 through ADR-0005, available at the project Signal dashboard.
Ongoing Costs (Pass-through)
Infrastructure costs are billed separately as pass-through (no markup):
