Terms of Service
Effective July 31, 2026
The service
Say It Now lets you collect written tributes and photos from friends and family and turn them into a digital book, with optional professionally printed copies.
Your account
You sign in with email links — keep access to your email secure, since anyone with your inbox can access your account. You must provide a real email address you control.
Purchases
Plans are one-time payments ($29 / $49 / $69) processed by Stripe. Printed books are purchased separately. Refunds follow our Refund Policy: full refund within 10 days, partial within 30.
Your content
- You own it. Tributes and photos belong to the people who wrote and took them.
- You give us permission to store, display, and print that content — solely to provide the service.
- Only upload photos and words you have the right to share. Don't upload content that is unlawful, hateful, or invades someone's privacy.
- The book owner curates the book and may decline or edit submissions; contributors keep the right to withdraw a submission before the book is completed.
AI assistance
Our AI offers grammar and clarity suggestions only. You choose whether to accept them. We never generate tributes or alter words without your approval.
Printed books
Printed copies are produced and shipped by a professional print partner. Production and shipping times vary. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund.
Book lifespan
Books stay active for the period included in your plan, can be extended for $10/year, and are archived afterward as described in our Privacy Policy.
Fair use of the service
Don't abuse the platform: no spam, no scraping, no attempting to access other people's books, no reselling the service without our written agreement.
Ending service
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any unused purchase where the law requires it.
The legal bits
The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
